We are pleased to announce that Marcus Wilson has been promoted to the position of Spare Parts Manager. In this newly created position, Marcus will spearhead our Spares Division and control our Spare Parts Online Portal.
With an increase in our product portfolio Marcus was instrumental in developing our state-of-the-art Online Portal. A customer simply needs to locate the machine’s unique serial number, which is located at the bottom of the data plate, and enter it into the online portal. Once the serial number has been entered it will publish the manual for the relevant lighting tower, wash bay, or power generation product, and all the parts unique to that model, along with real-life images. Containing live pricing, stock levels, and a quick ordering button customers will receive orders on a next day delivery if ordered pre 2pm.
