Stourbridge-based Will Hire, an equipment hire company specialising in access equipment, plant, and tool hire to the building and construction industry, has invested in a brace of lighting towers manufactured by the lighting specialists, Trime.
Will Hire selected Trime’s popular X-ECO sets and has already made them ready for immediate use on large building projects. The lights will provide safe, bright illumination to help increase safety, productivity, and security. The X-ECOs will also be utilised over the summer months for festivals and events.
Will Gough, of Will Hire, confirmed this latest investment and commented, “We have always had Trime as one of our top options for when we finally invested in our first lighting towers. We have been impressed by what we have seen on display at the Executive Hire Show every year and have always had a positive experience when Trime units have been rehired from other hire companies.
We put the Trime team under a very short time frame to deliver our order, and we were very impressed with the service, especially as the order was only for two units, and it was our first order. The after-sales attention has been great too, and we are looking forward to adding more Trime units to our expanding fleet when the time comes,” added Will.
Established in 2004, Will Hire is a family business. As well as supplying national construction companies and local builders, Will Hire also services the mechanical, electrical and general engineering sectors. The company operates a fleet of eight tracked delivery vehicles, providing a fast delivery service to customers in and around the West Midlands and Worcestershire areas and beyond.
The Trime X-ECO lighting tower has a number of environmental qualities and safety aspects. The set is fitted with energy-saving LED lamps and the AMOSS safety system, which automatically lowers the mast if the lighting set is moved whilst the mast is still erected.
The Trime production plant is based in Cassinetta di Lugagnano, near Milan, Italy, and Pavia, just south of Milan. Trime UK is headquartered in a purpose-built 40,000 sq. ft. facility based in the Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
