We power up for the Executive Hire Show
With the hire industry trade flagship exhibition, the Executive Hire Show, set for Coventry Building Society Arena (formerly the Ricoh Arena), we are putting together advanced plans to exhibit a range of equipment from our sustainable lighting and power generation portfolio.
We are planning to display a Lithium battery/hybrid, lighting tower, alongside two of our brand-new solar-battery-powered generators.
Taking centre stage on stand C40 will be our MGTP 24000/30 THS 3P, a 24kVA solar generator fitted with a 48V -24000VA inverter, a 28.7 kWh battery pack, and two 360w solar panels. Our engineers have estimated that over a rental period of 90 days, and based on fuel prices at 1.50 £/L and service expenses of £ 300 (every 500 hours), an operator can save over £24,000, which equates to 90% less fuel when compared to a standard 20kVA set.
In addition, we will also be showcasing an MGTP5000BPS a 5kVA battery-powered generator, with 8kVA, 15kVA, 24kVA, 30kVA and 45kVA sets now available.
Also on display will be an X-ECO LITHIUM HYBRID tower light. The X-ECO LITHIUM HYBRID is powered by the latest development in lithium battery technology. This advanced lighting tower can be fully recharged in less than three hours. This means that in a fourteen-hour cycle, for 80% of the operation, the X- ECO HYBRID LITHIUM is powered exclusively by its batteries, and therefore emits zero noise and zero carbon emissions. Illumination is via four energy-saving, long-lasting LED lamps, which deliver an illuminated area of over 3000 square metres.
We will have a live demonstration of their new telemetry systems that automatically monitor the operation of our generators and lighting towers using sensors and other devices to collect and transmit real-time data to the operators via a PC, tablet, or smartphone.
Commenting on the Executive Hire Show, Paul Hay, said, “We are all looking forward to meeting up with our friends and colleagues from the hire industry. The Executive Hire Show is a very important exhibition for Trime, as the hire markets make up a significant proportion of our business.”
