Due to increasing demand, we, are strengthening our parts department with the appointment of Ryan Melanie. Ryan lives locally and will be working alongside Trime’s Spares Manager, Marcus Wilson, and Operations Manager, Norman Pipe.
Commenting on this new appointment, Paul Hay, said, “I am pleased to welcome Ryan to the Trime team. We are experiencing unprecedented demand for our lighting towers and wash bays, and we understand that keeping our equipment in good order is essential for all our customers. Therefore we decided to reinforce our parts department, hence this new appointee.”
“And with the recent addition of power generation products into the Trime portfolio we are eagerly anticipating further growth, which means that we will need to maintain our high levels of customer service,” added Paul.
In addition, to cope with this extra demand, we have recently launched a brand new state-of-the-art online spare parts ordering system for all owners of Trime lighting towers.
A customer simply needs to locate the machine’s unique serial number, which is located at the bottom of the data plate, and enter it into the spare parts portal. Once the serial number has been entered it will publish the manual for the relevant lighting tower, wash bay, or power generation product, and all the parts unique to that model, along with real-life images. The system allows the user to save regularly used parts, enabling them to easily make repeat orders. Naturally, we only supply genuine OEM spare parts.
