Trime on target for a spare parts record-breaking year
With their extensive experience in hire, event and construction markets, Trime UK Limited knows that getting spare parts out to their clients promptly and efficiently is of paramount importance.
To aid the effectiveness of this process, in 2023, Trime launched a brand new state-of-the-art online spare parts ordering system for all owners of Trime lighting towers and power generation products. A customer simply needs to locate the machine’s unique serial number, which is located at the bottom of the data plate, and enter it into the spare parts portal. Once the serial number has been entered, it will publish the manual for the relevant generator, lighting tower or wash bay and all the parts unique to that model, along with real-life images. The menu will contain live pricing, stock levels, and a quick ordering button. Power generation products were added to this system earlier in 2025. Naturally, Trime only supplies genuine OEM spare parts.

“We had a record-breaking year supplying our clients with spare parts,” said Trime UK managing director, Paul Hay. “We package and dispatch as many as seventy parcels each day, and 90% of all orders are delivered the next working day,” added Paul.
The Trime spare parts facility is available by registration to all owners, users, and any engineers working on Trime power generation machinery, lighting towers, or wash bays. Registering is simple and easy, just click on https://spares.trimeuk.com/traderegistration.
Trime UK is on target for issuing up to £1.5m worth of spare parts in this current calendar year. They currently have a team of three individuals handling orders, which is set to expand in the New Year. Technical support is always available via Trime’s Technical Director, Wayne Brennan, and his Technical Managers.
