Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Trime UK will continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak. Whilst we are in the midst of this pandemic, we are taking additional measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees, whilst verifying that our operations continue to function and business continuity is maintained. Trime UK team members that can fulfil their work from home and do not have to be in our office has already begun home working. This will help to minimise any potential virus transmission between employees and our customers.
In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure all users of Trime equipment that we have a substantial supply of spare parts available for immediate despatch and our stores and offices are open 5 days a week 8.00 to 17.00
Stocks of new equipment are also available from our base in Cambridgeshire and production in the Trime factory is still continuing but on a reduced scale
We greatly appreciate our customers’ patience as we manage through these challenging times, please be assured that our immediate aim is to continue to serve you to the very best of our abilities.
