We are now firmly settled into our new facility, and we have begun to expand our team with the addition of Sophie Hamilton as our Sales Support Associate.
Sophie has been tasked with providing close support to our busy spare parts team and assisting our sales managers by arranging appointments and demonstrations of the expanding Trime range of sustainable lighting towers, power generation equipment, and water treatment machinery.
With extensive experience in a wide range of sales support roles, Sophie will utilise her skills to provide excellent customer service, which helps to retain and enhance our growing customer base.
Commenting on this latest appointment, Paul Hay, said, “I am pleased to welcome Sophie to the Trime team. We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our lighting towers and wash bays, and Sophie’s abilities and knowledge will help us to successfully manage these demands.
“And with the recent addition of power generation products into the Trime portfolio, we are already encountering extra growth, which means that we need to maintain our high levels of customer service,” added Paul.
