Kent-based PG Site Services, a supplier of a wide range of plant and machinery, has taken delivery of a substantial fleet of power generators, manufactured by power generation specialists, Trime.
The order comprises three 6kVA, two 10kVA and a further two 20kVA units, alongside one 45kVA and finally two 60kVA sets. This brand new investment was placed with Trime UK Ltd by the PG Site Services director, Paul Goodger.
Commenting on this latest investment, Paul Goodger said, “I am impressed with the affordability and reliability of the Trime generators. When I tell my customer it’s a Trime generator, they seem happy with this information. In addition, Trime UK usually have stock available for us to collect as and when we need it.”
“We did a short review of the marketplace before placing this order; however, our sister company, PG Sweepers, has a fleet of Trime lighting towers, and they have reported that they get an excellent service from Trime UK. Hence this investment,” added Paul.
PG Site Services is a family-run business and provides a plant hire service throughout London, Essex and the South East. They principally serve the construction and demolition markets. The company was founded in 2008 with just a small fleet of mini diggers and has since grown into a leading supplier of a wide range of plant and machinery. They now operate most types of diggers, alongside excavators, rollers, dozers, dump trucks, and telehandlers. This equipment is all available to hire self-drive or with a qualified, experienced operator.
Trime’s rental power generation products encompass a range from 20 to 100kVA, each Stage V compliant. The Trime portable range starts at 6.0 through to 20kVA, all ideally suited for the UK hire market. Fitted as standard, they feature an emergency stop button and a central lifting eye. They have front and side fork pockets, which heighten safe manoeuvrability. The smaller sets include a useful trolley kit with foldaway handles. To guard against any leakages and spillages, Trime sets boast a fully bunded base.
The Trime production plant is based in Cassinetta di Lugagnano, near Milan, Italy, and Pavia, just south of Milan. Aside from its lighting tower range and power generation equipment, the company also manufactures a wide range of water-recycling wash bays and dust suppression products. Trime UK has recently moved into their purpose-built 40,000 sq. ft. facility based in the Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
