We have recently developed a line of training courses aimed at enhancing the operational and servicing skills of our clients.
BAM Site Solutions, who currently has over one hundred and twenty of our lighting sets in their fleet, took up the offer of a training course centred on their recent investment in our X-ECO, X-ECO HYBRID, and X-ECO SOLAR models. BAM Site Solutions selected these machines as they play a key role in supporting their sustainability goals by offering efficient and environmentally friendly lighting solutions.
Commenting on this training, a spokesperson for BAM Site Solutions said, “One of the most valuable aspects of the session was gaining a deeper understanding of the systems, particularly in setting up and optimising the solar and hybrid models as they run themselves. Several attendees found it to be an invaluable refresher, reinforcing best practices and improving their confidence in operating the units effectively”.
“The session was very well received, with attendees appreciating Wayne’s (Brennan– our UK Technical Director) engaging and clear presentation style. The information was well-structured, easy to understand, and practical, making it highly beneficial for both experienced operators and those newer to the equipment”.
BAM Site Solutions lighting sets are deployed across BAM Construction and BAM Nuttall contracts throughout the UK, ensuring safe and well-lit working environments on major infrastructure and construction projects.
Many of our training courses are officially accredited by the CPD training service. CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. CPD is a holistic approach towards the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency throughout a professional’s career. CPD has members in over 100 countries and is growing. (https://cpduk.co.uk/).
