Sanitisation with Stabilised Aqueous Ozone Know How does it work

COVID-19 has become part of daily life and as we pass the anniversary of our 1st national lockdown in the UK sanitising has become standard practice for most businesses. Increased hand sanitising, temperature checks and PPE are just some of the daily routines we must now undergo to keep the cross contamination to a minimum and a sanitising tunnel using Stabilised Aqueous Ozone technology could be a great addition to your COVID cross contamination reducing effort.

Our X-MIST is an automatic sanitising tunnel which reduces bacteria with the use of a very fine water mist solution of ozone stabilised in water. It uses the Tersano SAO System, this system which causes oxygen (O2) from the air to safely be turned into O3 (also known as ozone), then infused into ordinary cold tap water.

This ozone is attracted to germs, soils and bacteria and quickly eliminates contaminants. Aqueous Ozone can sanitise for days and safely reverts back to water and O2. This system has been certified safe by regulatory bodies around the globe and has earned the sought-after Green Seal™ certification meeting GS-37 and GS-53 performance standards.

Green Seal® is a global nonprofit organization that pioneered the ecolabeling movement with a mission to transform the economy for a healthier, greener world. For 30 years, Green Seal’s rigorous  standards for health, sustainability and product performance have driven permanent shifts in the marketplace, empowering better purchasing decisions and rewarding industry innovators. With thousands of certified products, services and spaces from the world’s leading companies, the Green Seal certification mark is a universal symbol that a product or service meets the highest benchmark of health and environmental leadership.

A sanitisation tunnel can kill up to 99.99% of harmful viruses, including COVID-19 so reduces the cross-contamination risk and gives your employees, customers and visitors confidence to enter your facility, site or workplace. Heightened sanitisation efforts will reduce infection and in return could help with absence rates. Whilst it will take more time to measure the full impact of COVID-19 sickness absence rates one thing remains clear the total cost of sickness absence was devastatingly underestimated and efforts with cross-contamination reduction could help to reduce these absence rates.
